About NetLdn

In the simplest sense, NetLdn is about spending a bit of time each month, socialising with your fellow Networking professionals.

NetLdn was founded following the success of NetMcr. Similar to the organisers of NetMcr we noticed a void in London’s techni-social calendar. Whilst the majority of ‘meetings’ in London focus on development, NetLdn focuses specifically on Network Engineers, Architects, Technicians, or perhaps just anyone interested in the profession.

We’re a friendly bunch, everyone is welcome and from any background, we’re keen to foster good social networking, a chance to vent over a drink or two, and to throw in a little learning along the way. There’s no ‘entry requirement’ in terms of knowledge, and the event itself is free to attend, so please come and say “Hi”, we’d love to meet you!

The NetLdn events are held on the second Thursday of each month (except December) at 19:00, upstairs at The Wheatsheaf. It’s a perfect spot for socialising (with or without the alcohol) and offers a private space for us to present slides.

We do publish a Participation Policy, which all first time guests are encouraged to read before attending. We’re want NetLdn to be open, safe, friendly and welcoming for everyone.

If you’re interested in coming along, please do subscribe to the community mailing list, the link is in the menu up the top, and follow us on Twitter if that’s your thing.
