Talk 1: Network Analysis 101 with Batfish
A veritable ‘101’ lesson on the topic of network automation and network analysis, specifically with the open-source project Batfish. The talk will cover an introduction to Batfish, its key strengths and how it can be used to validate various network functions e.g., device configuration, control plane operation, and dataplane reachability.
Presenter: Rick Donato
Talk 2: Ask Me Why I Don’t Like DDoSers
This will be a talk about network security, risk management, cybercrime incident response… and one of Marek’s toughest days in the office for a while. A lot has been said about this talk, and given the rise in ransom-based attacks, it is critical that more discussion is had around how to deal with these situations, when they do inevitably arise.
Presenter: Marek Isalski (Fealix)
After Talks: Networking for Networkers
Stay in the meeting room and have a free-for-all chit-chat about whatever is on your mind. This is a bring-your-on drinks and nibbles session.
